How an enquiry is handled

Your message is read the same working day it arrives, and you receive a reply within two working days at the latest. If the answer is short, it comes back as a short answer rather than an invitation to book a call.

If a route plan or a seated session would genuinely help, that is proposed with the price attached before any work starts. If it would not help, you are told so plainly and pointed at the part of the site that already answers the question.

Nothing is passed to anyone else. Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and for no other purpose, and they are removed once the matter is closed and the retention period has run.
